Earl Grey is named after a British Prime Minister in 1830's. The flavor is taken from Bergamot, a citrus fruit which is originally grown in Southeast Asia and pairs perfectly with a full-bodied malty black tea. The balance of citrus and sweet vanilla makes this a perfect morning or a little afternoon pick me up.
