ASSAM TEA PRESSMethod
- Place tea leave into the infuser and pour in hot water.
- Allow the plunger to rest on rim of the infuser.
- Depending on the tea, steep until ready and slowly push down the plunger to stop further infusion.
- Drink and enjoy.
