The Jampit Estate Java is from one of the five government-run estates in the far east of the island. Along with Panoer, Jampit has the highest elevation at 5,250 feet. The fully washed process that depulps, ferments, and cleans the beans before the beans dry allows for most of the flavor to come from the bean itself. The wet-hulling process for the Jampit coffee creates a bright, light, and clean flavor.
